Hi,I am currently preissocng my EB2. I just stared applying for Labor Certification. I am currently here in Los Angeles California/ Now that same sex marriage is legal in New York, is it possible for my girlfriend and I to get married in New York, then come back here in Los Angeles, then include her as my dependent for my application once I-40 is apporved?
