Hi,I am an indian born Australian Citizen plnnniag to move to US on an E3 visa for myself and E3-D for my wife,Q1 is it possible to change my wife's E3-D to an H1B and apply for GC while i am on E3Q2 if my wife is able to change her visa to an H1B, will there be any issues on her visa status if my E3 extention is rejected for some reason or if I loose my job and cant find another in 10 days time limit on E3Q3 If I apply for GC while I am on E3 and if they do not extend my E3 is it then possible for me to change to H1B (with my employer's approval) without having to leave US
